Temporary Work
What does it mean?
The temporary work means that you will be employed at Valdivia Recruitment but, during a project, you will actually work for another company. You will benefit of the same rights as the permanent employees of that company.
Why?
Many companies would rather hire for a certain period o time, through Temporary Work Agencies for the following reasons: seasonal activities, unforeseen boost of the activity, new campaigns, launch of new products, unexpected orders, unpredictable absenteeism of some employees, unpaid holidays, maternity leave or medical leave.
According to what law?
This type of employment can take place under the regulation of the Romanian Law No. 53/ 2003, chapter. VII, and began to be a solution to the need of flexibility for both, employees and employers. Duration of the temporary work contracts varies between 1 day and 1 year (with the possibility of being extended for maximum of 6 months), depending on the duration of the project.
What are the benefits?

2. You have the opportunity to gain experience and knowledge useful for getting a permanent job.
3. You manage your own activity and you are able to finish working at the termination of the contract.
4. You have a legal working contract, registered at the national authority in charge with contribution payments to the state.
5. You benefit of the same rights as the permanent employees.
6. After the termination of the project, you will be helped by the temporary work agency to find a new job.
Thus, the temporary employment facilitates: mobility between various working places, transition from unemployment to employment, incorporation of the students on the labour market, but also when requested, re-incorporation of the retired persons.
