        The Assessment Centre we suggest you combines multiple evaluation procedures which are thoroughly conducted by our specialists. And we mention:

        How it takes place?
       The Promotion Assessment Centre requires the presence of 4 (four) evaluators (two from the client company and two specialists from Valdivia Recruitment). The presence of the direct supervisor of the future employee is a must.

       The Promotion Assessment Centre being a complex process it takes place in several stages, starting with its drafting, organizing stuff and development until completion, and it can last 3 to 5 days.
