        Why?
        The Selection Assessment Center allows us to identify, more objectively and accurately, the most suitable candidate for the vacant position in your company and more.

        Because finding the right person for the right position is not good enough for us, our suggestion is to identify the candidate who best suits the requests of the available position, as well as company’s environment, the candidate who has the highest chances of great performance for the job and has a great potential of professional development.

       When?
       Valdivia Recruitment recommends the Selection Assessment Centre in the final stage of the selection process, for the following situations:

1.  when we nominate the candidates for a certain position, in the short list;

2.  when you have hard time in choosing who you are going to hire out of two or more candidates, who either were recommended to you, or took part in your own selection process.

       What does it mean?
      The Assessment Centre we suggest you combines multiple evaluation procedures which are thoroughly conducted by our specialists. And we mention:
-    role-playing;
-    “in-basket” tests;
-    case study;
-    group exercises;
-    presentations alone or in teams;
-    inventories (interest, management style);
-    psychological tests (personality tests, intelligence evaluation, talents);
-    structured interviews;
-    other (simulations, projective techniques).


        How it takes place?

        The Selection Assessment Centre requires the presence of 4 (four) evaluators (two from the client company and two specialists from Valdivia Recruitment). The presence of the direct supervisor of the future employee is a must.

       Being a complex process, the Selection Assessment Centre takes place in several stages, starting with its drafting, organizing stuff and development until completion, and it can last 3 to 5 days.
